Our Team
The Sonic Streamers
We're a group of Wisconsin cyclists dedicated to raising donations and awareness for Multiple Sclerosis every year through the MS 150 Best Dam Bike Tour.
We've raised nearly $500,000 for Multiple Sclerosis over the ten years we've
been in existence. Last year alone our 140 riders raised $125,000!. Last year
we were not only the largest team in the state but raised the most from any
team in the state, by far. That's a great accomplishment but puts a very large
target on our backs. Lets see if we can continue to raise the bar and do more
for MS than any other organization in the state of Wisconsin!
Our 2008 goals
Our aim is to make the greatest impact in the state by raising awareness for MS through our large team size, visibility in the community and by raising more donations than any other team.
To accomplish our goals, we need to reach some pretty lofty heights:
- Increase total riders to 150
- Increase donations raised to $150,000

How we got our name
Ken Minor, CFO of Sonic Foundry, started the Sonic Streamers in 1998, a year after his wife Karen was diagnosed with MS. He established the team to help raise funds for research and local programs.
"With each mile I ride, I hope to bring the National MS Society closer to a cure."
– Ken Minor, Captain of the Sonic Streamers
